Well well well, I've moved countries and left all the homies behind in colombia hasta luego amigos. We made many friends in Colombia and I got to see how wonderful God is to renew those who were so broken. We had a cool talk with the pastor and founder of Cuidad Refugio and he said something that stuck with me well, he said "we need the same grace everyday we needed before we came to Christ". Those who have destroyed their families and lived for pleasure are no better than I am and Christ still loves and seeks them everyday. I will miss you Colombia and be back soon. The Lord is working here and renewing my heart everyday. Week one here I was a little hurt in my soul, but now I feel great and have gone from praying for something I desired to the Father telling me to let go, now one of my deepest desires is with the Lord and not in my hands 🤷. My Father is good, "trust in the Lord all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways submit to him, and He will make your pathways straight."(Proverbs 3:5-6)God is good his ways are higher than mine, why wouldn't I trust in him.
